i sprained my right ankle 6 years ago. i was running after a girl who stole my beer at a party and chased her down the stairs. unfortunately i was pretty drunk. so i ended on the floor and with an injury i still suffer from nowadays. i have to wear a tight bandage everytime i train capoeira, for my ankle is no longer tight and stable. so take care of your ankles, even if you don't do capoeira :D
